"As we get older, we have more memories worth looking back on, but it becomes harder to recall them. We didn’t want to lose these memories, so we created CueBack, a place for our family and friends to preserve, collaborate on, and share memories."

Now we want to open up CueBack to you.

Reminiscing

Privacy

Easily control not only who you share with, but even which portion of a memory you want to share to each person. CueBack does not sell your data to third parties.

Collaboration

Details can get hazy with the passage of time. Collaborate with others to fill in the gaps, or have them add their perspective to a shared memory.

Context

How We Take Care of Your Data

We do not sell or share your data. We have no advertisements on our site.

Our memories are precious to us. We don’t want our memories of our mother’s cooking, our father’s sage advice, or our private moments with friends sold to the highest bidder. We don't sell the content of your posts like other social media sites.

We treat your memories the same way we want our own memories to be treated.

Quick FAQs

Why is it worth recording our memories?

Our lives are shaped by the memories of time shared with family and friends. These precious memories are worth collecting for the benefit of ourselves, family and friends. As we age, we are all vulnerable to losing precious memories. Keep those memories safe by moving them from the hard drive between your ears to the Cloud.

How is CueBack different from Facebook and other social media platforms?

People’s feeds are cluttered with ads, trivial latte art posts, AI pushed news, memes, and posts from people we barely know. CueBack is different. We focus on helping people preserve and share their important stories and memories with family and close friends. No ads, no news. CueBack is designed by Baby Boomers for Baby Boomers, not by Millennials for Millennials.

How do I know I won't lose my memories?

We know and understand that your memories and stories are priceless. We want to make sure you never lose them. CueBack runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) which is the most reliable and widely-used web services platform on the planet. We use AWS to maintain comprehensive backups of all memories, comments, photos, and other content you may create or upload just in case something goes awry.

How do I know my memories will only be shared with the people I want?

Your memories will only be viewable by those specific CueBack members to whom you have expressly given individual viewing permission. Even better, this high degree of sharing control can be set on a memory by memory basis. You can also custom create your own private circles of family and friends. All memories are encrypted so that not even CueBack employees can view them. We’re very proud of our privacy settings. They’re the strongest and most comprehensive you’ll find anywhere in social media. In fact, it’s one of our most important and defining features.

Can I download all of my memories?

Yes you can. We understand that you’ve spent a lot of time recollecting and recording your memories. You may also have had family and friends spend time contributing and collaborating to complete your stories and recollections. To protect all that heartfelt effort, we ensure that you have the ability to access and download your memories at any time.
